Concentrating limited public sector resources in strategic areas will have a positive “ripple effect” in surrounding neighborhoods and commercial districts. We partner with private developer and businesses to build new or renovate key places that catalyze future investment.

Current CIP Projects
The City uses its scarce public bond funds to facilitate the development and redevelopment of Garland. A number of important projects have been completed and are currently underway. View more information on the Capital Improvement Plan.
