The City of Garland is planning improvements for Wynn Joyce Park, 2222 Oates Road. The public is invited to provide input as to what amenities they would prefer to see in the park at a public meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, at the South Garland Library, 4845 Broadway Blvd.
