Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Build Garland July 2023 event. City council, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and staff gathered for the official groundbreaking for the new Holford Recreation Center and Aquatic Center. Construction for that project will begin soon. The day also included the ribbon cutting for the new Tinsley Park playground and Wynne Park splash pad and playground.
