All City of Garland offices, utility customer service and tax offices, libraries and recreation centers will be closed on Monday, Jan. 18, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The City's COVID-19 hotline number, 972-205-3900, will not be manned Jan. 18. Senior centers remain closed due to COVID-19. The recycling center, transfer station and C.M. Hinton Jr. Regional Landfill will also be closed Jan. 18. Firewheel Golf Park will remain open.
