While we cannot gather together to celebrate this year, the City of Garland is pleased to bring you a special treat for the holiday season, “Made Fresh & Local: A Garland Christmas.” This holiday season we will feature virtual programs streaming on three different evenings for the whole family to enjoy.
Remember, Garland is open this holiday season, so come on down to enjoy the lights at our Downtown Garland Square, 520 W State St. (map), dine in our restaurants and shop for those last-minute holiday gifts for the whole family. Be safe and enjoy the holiday season.
DATES & TIMES:
The programs will start streaming at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, and on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, along with an encore presentation on Christmas Day, Dec. 25.
- Dec. 3 - Virtual Tree Lighting Ceremony followed by a 30-minute holiday piano performance by Bobby Orozco at 7 p.m.
- Dec. 24 - 60-minute piano presentation featuring Bobby Orozco at 7 p.m.
- Dec. 25 - encore presentations of both - 60-minute ( 8 a.m.) and 30-minute (7 p.m.)
