MISSION:
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
GOAL:
The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.
APPLICATIONS:
All applications are to be filled out, with a copy of State ID & birth certificates attached as well and dropped off at any Garland Recreation Center by Friday, December 4 by 4 pm.
Applications can be found at any of our six Recreation Centers, except Audubon Recreation Center, due to construction. Visit the Recreation Center webpage for a list of all of our centers.
Age requirements: Newborn – 12 years
Deadline: Friday, December 4 at 4 p.m.

- Identification/ Consulate ID with picture.
*Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
*Applications do not have to be Garland residents.
APPROVAL:
Once the application is approved, you will be receiving a phone call from a recreation staff employee on date and time to pick up toys from Bradfield Recreation Center.
*Current Identification is needed upon the distribution date.

APLICACIONES:

APROBACIÓN:
Una vez que se apruebe la solicitud, recibirá una llamada telefónica de un empleado del personal de recreación con la fecha y la hora para recoger los juguetes del Bradfield Recreation Center.
* Se necesita identificación actual en la fecha de distribución.
