[ARCHIVED] Bollywood Dance Fitness

People participating in Bollywood Dance Fitness

Fitness with a twist!  Combine the music and dynamic choreography of a variety of Bollywood dance styles for a workout you will love.  Kick off each workout with yoga stretches that improve flexibility followed by unique movements that help tone your body while burning fat.  Class meets every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.  Ages 7 and up
