APPLICATIONS:
All applications need to be filled out with a copy of State ID & birth certificates and dropped off by Tuesday, Dec. 10, by 8 p.m. at Bradfield Recreation Center, 1146 Castle Drive Garland, TX 75040.
Deadline: Now through Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019, by 8 p.m.
Location: Bradfield Recreation Center, 1146 Castle Drive Garland, TX 75040.
Age requirements: Newborn – 12 years
Required Documents:
- Application
- Children’s Birth certificates
- Identification/ Consulate ID with picture
If parents decide to take application home please let them know all applications with proper documents must be together and due back by Tuesday, Dec. 10, by 8 p.m.
**Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
**Applications do not have to be Garland residents.
APPROVAL:
Once the application is approved, you will be receiving a phone call from a recreation staff employee on the date and time to pick up toys from Bradfield Recreation Center.
**Current Identification is needed upon the distribution date.
