In observance of the New Year holiday, all City of Garland Parks & Recreation Administration offices, recreation centers, and senior centers will be closed starting on Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 5 p.m. through Wednesday, Jan. 1. All of our Administration offices, facilities, and recreation centers will reopen Thursday, Jan. 2 at the normal time.
